The silicone takes away the bite of the gasket on the sealing surfaces. Thats why there is a fire ring. Using proper lubes on threads, is important aswell.

I kind of miss the mail box hood scoop, but this is doing great. I keep wondering if moving the rear axle back behind the seat would help with the wheelies. it wouldn't be easy for sure, but more weight forward would also help with the steering.

I would say the minibike floated a valve and caused all the damage. You can use a washer under the spring for a little more pressure. Also like others said, find a better than stock head gasket and use ultra copper spray on the metal surfaces. Check that the head is still flat.

I wonder if you guys can fit a small Eagle Talon/Eclipse 2.0's small intercooler on that turbos outlet? They are 2 inch diameter ports and would take a lot of heat out of the compressed air. Dirt cheap too.

Going with one size bigger exhaust wheel in the turbo will let it be "On the Engine" at lower RPM. Then tune mid and upper RPM with the boost control to bring it back in. Not seeing the boost gauge but it seems to be doing a bit of part throttle "Boost Creep" at low RPM so maybe port the waste gate port a bit or maybe divorce the waste gate port off. Now add an Accell coil and a sparkplug to the exhaust to shoot flames down the track... ;)

You guys need to put a t in your wastegate line and put compressed air to it and set the wastegate to where you want it. Cracking pressure should be 8 to 10PSI and make sure it's fully open 10 or 12. Also you need to make sure how much movement you're getting out of the wastegate actuator. Even if you've already done it you need to continue to do it..... things change as they break in.
